Our Gender Equality Index
Professional equality between women and men is a key issue for businesses.
In 2023, our Professional Equality Index was measured at 90/100 – 15 points above the legislative threshold. This highlights the effectiveness of the equality policy that we have been undertaking for several years.
However, this doesn’t mean we’re no longer striving to make further improvements. We continuously take gender equality into account with every decision that we take.
