The EZ 2000 is GT’s answer to the growing demand for dedicated drive solutions for residential battery powered ZTR’s. Thanks to our patented axle design, we can use a compact transaxle type design rather than 2 separate drive units, eliminating the need for chassis reinforcements, making installation much easier, and reducing the number of components. Furthermore, since the housing has no structural function, it allows us to use polymers instead of metal casings, making the unit lighter than competitive solutions. Higher reduction ratios allow the use of smaller motor for the same torque rating.
